A LITTLE ABOUT VIRGINIA HOMES
We have built over 17,000 homes since Virginia Homes humble beginnings back in 1969, and we have grown by leaps and bounds; not only as a company, but as a manufacturer of high quality modular homes. We now have two production plants on site, and a quality control that cannot be surpassed. Virginia Homes has had the same owner throughout the years. We are a company that can weather any storm, and still deliver the best home possible. We have third party inspectors that check every inch of our homes from beginning to completion. This ensures that every home that leaves Virginia Homes is above and beyond the measure of quality and safety that anyone would want for their family.
WHO DO WE SELL HOMES TO?
Virginia Homes does not sell their homes factory direct. Instead we use a network of builders to sell our homes. There are many benefits in doing things this way especially for the customer. First you get to meet with someone from your local area who knows the local codes, and can help you select the best home for your lot. Also the builder can spend more one on one time with you to figure out what floor plan will fit not only your lot, but also your lifestyle. This is not to say that we do not want to meet you, or that you cannot see your home until it is delivered. Actually, we encourage you, and your builder to come by the factory to take a tour, and ask us any questions that you might have.
CAN I USE MY OWN FLOOR PLAN?
Virginia Homes has a variety of floor plans to choose from, but sometimes our plans are not exactly what people are looking for. Here is where Virginia Homes has a great advantage. We have our own in-house drafting department. This means that if you like one of our floor plans, but want to move some walls, doors, or windows you can. You can also send us the floor plan of your choice, and once our drafting department has made sure that it fits our building system we will send you a copy of the updated floor plan, and a 3-D elevation of your home. This way you can see your home before it is built.
