Our RANCH style homes are single story, and most plans allow you to add a basement. The customer has a choice of a 5/12, 7/12, or 9/12 pitch roof. Our standard is a 5/12 pitch.

Our CAPE COD style homes have a 12/12 pitch roof with the ability to have a second story (completed on site) at the time of construction or at a later date. Also, a basement can be added to this home. This style home is ideal for any couple's first home who has plans for expanding their family.

Our SALT BOX style homes have a 12/12 pitch roof on the front and a 4.7/12 pitch on the back. This style home comes with completed living areas on the second floor along with 2 unfinished large storage areas. These homes can be set on a basement and are a great alternate to a Two Story home.

Our TWO STORY style homes are perfect for those who need just a little extra room. The size and the layout of these homes are the perfect mesh of form and function. These homes have a 5/12, 7/12, 9/12, or a 12/12 pitch roof (dependent on model), and as with all of the previous homes, you can add a basement.

Our MULTI-FAMILY style homes are offered as Ranch, T-Ranch, or Two Story. These homes have a 5/12 pitch roof with an optional 7/12, 9/12, and 12/12 pitch. The duplex and townhouse style homes are excellent as income producing properties.
